Product Description

Nylon(PA) is a family of thermoplastic polyamides which have become a mainstay in modern society. This diverse group of materials is found almost everywhere in applications from yarns for many types of textiles such as clothing to toothbrush bristles and nylon tubing. Once melted, nylon can be molded into shapes or extruded as tubing or fiber. Nylon is particularly amenable to synthetic direction resulting in a diverse population of nylon products for an equally diverse spectrum of applications.

Our nylons are produced using sophisticated material science and processes to enhance properties such as temperature resistance and elastic memory. As a pioneer in the extrusion of precision engineered polymers, we recognize the unique performance attributes of Nylon 6, Nylon 6/6(66), 11, 12, and PEBA.

Since its development in 1935, nylon tube has found a home in many areas of everyday life including the gas, automotive, aerospace, and medical industries. Today the family of nylon resins has expanded to meet the demands of a wide array of custom applications.

We have expanded our nylon portfolio to encompass engineered resins such as Zytel®, Rilsan®, Grilamid®, Vestamid®, Pebax® and others to give our customers more choices in advanced performance nylon tubing.
